Is CTFO A Scam?

CTFO stands for Changing the future outcome and is a relatively new direct sales/network marketing company. It has been in business for 3 years and offers its members and the general public a range of products that are based on CBD. CBD is the new health revolution as a complimentary product to aid our overall health and well being. Not only that but it is a business opportunity for those that are looking for an online business.
Is CTFO a scam or is it a genuine opportunity with genuine products?

Is CTFO A Scam?

In this post I am going to focus on the business side of CTFO but will cover some aspects of the products, after all no business can succeed if the products or services don’t come up to scratch.

CTFO, Product Overview
As I said earlier this post will concentrate on the business opportunity but it would be remiss of me not to address the products behind the business. In truth the business itself is part of their product range as it is a network marketing or Multi level marketing company. They both mean the same thing.
Many people have a bit of an attitude to Network marketing and multi level marketing and this is because they associate them with illegal pyramid schemes. There is really no comparison and this business model is far from illegal. Avon, Usbourne books, Forever Living and Amway are all network marketing companies and have been around for decades and are still going strong.
This is not to say that over the years there have not been some, what we might call dodgy network marketing companies, but they didn’t last long as they didn’t abide by the rules of the business model. Some of you may have been bitten by these. Maybe they wanted you to sell overpriced products to your friends and family? Maybe you were required to attend weekly meetings and to take your prospects with you? Cold calling may have been part of what they taught you to do? You may have needed to buy a whole lot of expensive products to ensure you got your commissions?
If any of this rings true for you then I am not surprised you are sceptical or even bruised by the Industry of network marketing and why you want to know if CTFO is a scam or not.

The Products

Is CTFO A Scam?

The products are a relatively new revolution in complimentary healthcare because they have been through rigorous testing by all of the appropriate countries Product regulatory authorities. This is because the products are based on CBD or Cannabidiol which is a derivative of the hemp plant. The hemp plant is also used to create Marijuana, so it is no surprise that there was some reluctance on the part of the authorities to make these products legal.
However, it is still only available in the U.S, U.K, Ireland and Sweden. Canada is soon to join this list and you can bet the majority of other countries will soon follow. It is predicted that by 2020 this will be a $2.1 billion industry.
CBD does not contain THC which is the part of the hemp plant that gives you the high. The evidence of the health benefits of CBD was too strong for the authorities not to give it their approval.
If you want a better explanation of this please watch these videos by clicking here
So CTFO has created a whole range of products to suit everyone’s needs. Health, Anti Aging, Nutrition and Pets. If you want to take a better look at their products go to this webpage  they can explain them all far better than I can.

The Business

The Business model works on the network or multi level marketing concept. If done well this model means that the more you help others achieve results, the more you will be rewarded. To me this is a very honest and holistic business model. If you don’t help others you will not succeed.
So to join the business is absolutely free. You are not obliged to buy any product at all if you don’t want to. However some people join to get the product discounts without ever intending to build a business. This is totally fine.
When you join you will have a sponsor, the person who introduced you to the business and you will get two dedicated websites. One that promotes the products and one that promotes the business. They are generic and you have no option to adapt them but in my opinion they are very good and you shouldn’t really need to. I think of them as like landing pages that you can send your prospects too.
You do not have to sell to family and friends but the products are so good you may want to. My own son uses the oil for an Iritable Bowel disease, my partner uses the cream to rub on aching and strained muscles and I am using the oil to try and curb my own auto immune disease.

Is CTFO A Scam?

Selling the business however is very different. Whilst your commissions which are 20% are based on product sales. The more people you find to sell the products and business means a lot more 20%s. If the people you introduce also introduce people you will earn 4% of their sales too and this goes down 5 levels.
Alongside this unilevel plan from which can earn you a nice income they also have two other plans that run alongside the unilevel plan giving you 3 ways to get paid. The second plan is called the regenerative matrix plan which pays down 21 levels and the infinity bonus plan which as it suggests has no limits to how far into your organisation you can get paid.
The regenerative matrix plan comes into play after you have enrolled 3 people personally and from what I can see and how it is explained, it means that if you work your business for 1 to 2 years it could set you up nicely for retirement. The infinity plan well, if you build beyond those first couple of years then you will be retiring wealthy!
I have seen a lot of networking compensation plans and this one is very simple and it doesn’t mean you have to have several legs of your organisation working to get paid. This is a huge flaw in many network marketing companies.
There is no personal volume you have to get to qualify for your 20% but as your business grows you will need to have purchased $47.47 yourself and it never goes beyond that amount to get full commissions. You don’t even have to do that if you have personally sponsored 10 people.
To my mind promoting a free to join business with 2 free websites and great products cannot be too hard if you can use the social media platforms.

What’s Good and What’s Not

The Good:

  • Great products that work
  • A large range of products
  • Free to join no credit card required
  • 2 Free, done for you Websites
  • No updates that you have to do.
  • An easy and generous compensation plan
  • Products are not over priced
  • 60 day money back guarantee

The Bad:

  • Only available in 5 countries currently.
  • You may have to overcome some objections from people who will still see CBD as Cannabis!

Who is CTFO For?

The CTFO products are for anyone who is interested in improving their health whether you have a specific disease or not. The business is for anyone who wants to build an online business but does not have all the online skills required to build their own website blog or store. It is also for people who are already online business savvy and want an extra stream of income. No one ever got rich by sticking to one income stream.
It would make an excellent source of income for bloggers who are already in the health and fitness niche.

CTFO: Tools & Training

The CTFO company itself offers lots of information for you and your prospects on your websites. Full product reviews, testimonials and videos from health professionals. They also offer a full overview of the compensation plans and the business. They are easily contactable through your website if you have any challenges too.

CTFO: Support

You should have full support from the person who sponsored you. They may have Facebook groups or other ways in which you can communicate with the rest of their team to learn and grow. Every sponsor and the sponsors above them will be different in how they communicate and help their groups and the individuals they sponsored personally.

CTFO: Price

Totally free but if you want to earn full commissions then a monthly sales volume of $47.47 is required. You can set up auto ship for your own products so you don’t forget but it is not compulsory.

My Final Opinion of CTFO

For me this looks like a great opportunity to get in early to a business that can only grow. It has great products that are becoming more and more popular every day.

I hope that this review has given you all the information you need to make a decision on whether the CTFO products and or Business is for you or not.
When anything new hits the market, the general public will have some scepticism and concerns as to its benefits. It is the same with CBD for now but as more and more people use it and testify that it is good and works then the big companies will get their hands on it and it will be on every supermarket shelf across the world.
It has already happened to me before. Nearly 20 years ago I was involved with a networking company called Nikken whose main products revolved around using magnets for their health benefits. I was met with lots of scepticism from the closed minded but rewarded by those that were not. Today there are magnets in every supermarket and pharmacy across the world !
Funny story… my brother who suffers with bad asthma and eczema refused point blank to try magnets 20 years ago and rubbished it all as mumbo jumbo. Recently I noticed he was wearing a band around his wrist and ankle and asked him what they were “magnetic bands” was the sheepish answer I got. I promise you I did not tell him “I told you so” or take the P out of him. I did have a smug look on my face though !
I am going to be totally honest with you. I have joined CTFO myself and the links on this page will lead you to my sites. The same ones you will have if you decide to join me.

With network marketing I do want to point out the word work in there. If you want to become an associate to get your own products at wholesale prices then I am fine with that but if you want to build a business it will require you to work. I will give you every bit of help and advice that I can. I will invite you to our private Facebook Groups where we share resources and help each other out and most of all I will be there to support and advise you because if you succeed then I succeed…. that’s how network marketing works.
I with a group of other associates have created a website about the benefits of the products. If you join me you will also have the opportunity to contribute if you wish but it is not a necessity.
Whether you join me or not, if you have found this post useful please give it a share on your favourite social media platform.

You have a very thorough explanation of the compensation plan! Thank you. As an affiliate marketer there are very few companies I have found that even come close to 20% and there are mounds of red tape and the possibility of rejection from the affiliate program. Even Amazon has a minimum requirement or you get booted! Thank you for this great information Karen.

Hi Carl and thank you for reading,
You are quite right 20% is a really good percentage which you will rarely find out there. They also don’t limit you on how many levels you can earn from. I believe if you work this business you could earn a very substantial amount every month.

The comp plan is extraordinary but I have to say it is the benefits of CBD that would be a big draw for me! As a person who also suffers from an autoimmune disease, Lupus SLE and a seizure disorder, CBD has been said to help many of my symptomatic issues. To have it be a potential aid in benefiting some of my income loss would be an even greater benefit. I have a heard a lot of downsides about a business that is referred to as multi-level marketing. That scares me! This sure does sound different! I think it sounds like a win-win and worth the time to try especially if it is free to start the business end!

Hi Christina and thank you for Reading,
I am sure that using CBD Oil will be of benefit to you. Some people see instant results, with others it can take some time and perseverance is required.
Do not be worried about the fact that it is multi level marketing or as I prefer to call it, network marketing. History tells us that the very best products are sold through network marketing which is basically word of mouth marketing,
I have had quite a lot of experience with these companies and I see no issues with their compensation plan.

Hi Karen. Thanks for sharing the information. Honestly, I had a bad experience with MLM. Don’t get me wrong, they are good, strong company, one of those names you have mentioned here. The bad was due to the sponsor being inactive. After a sale, I don’t hear from that person anymore. Well, this aside, I have noticed many benefits are being mentioned on the world wide web about CBD. Coupled with the commission we can earn here, I should probably take a closer look into this.
    Thanks again,
    Sharon

      Hi Sharon,
I have had good and bad experiences with MLM before and I do think that having a sponsor who is willing to work with you and support you makes all the difference to your experiences.
If you were to join I promise that I am not one of those sponsors who cannot or won’t help you.
Very often your sponsor is so new that they do not have the resources to be there for you.
CBD oil is making a big splash right now and sometimes, it’s a case of right place, right Time.

Hi Jaylyn, and thank you for your kind comments about my post,

I know that some people will be sceptical and that is okay. People used to believe that the world was flat once too. I think that CBD oil will be commonplace as a complimentary health supplement in the not so distant future. Whilst CBD oil does come from the hemp plant it does not contain THC which is the main component of Marijuana.

I’m pleased to hear you haven’t stopped thinking about it since reading the post and would be pleased to have you on my team and to help you build your own business.

    Hi Karen
I fully agree with what you wrote in this article. This is a good opportunity for those who want an online business and not only.
I remember 10 years ago when I tried Amway, network marketing was a bit different.
I think it’s much easier now because we have tools that we can use. I refer to social media, Ads, PPC, blogs, websites and more.
One thing remained constant: patience and desire to succeed!
Thanks for your post! I really enjoyed it. Also, you gave me another opportunity to increase my online earnings.

Interesting article. This is the first time I’ve came across CTFO – there product seems very good since its organic and uses a supercritical C02 extraction; however, my only complaint is that CTFO uses an isolate rather than a full spectrum product. A full spectrum product is considered to be superior when it comes to using CBD for medicinal purposes because all the connected cannabinoids, terpenes, essential oils, and other therapeutic elements of the plant combine with the CBD for an augmented effect.

Another great product I’ve come across is CBD pure – it has a 40% commission rate for affiliate marketers , and it seems to be one of the most high-end products out there. It is a full spectrum product, uses supercritical C02 extraction, and it is also 100% organic. Have you heard of it? If not, it may also be worth looking into.

    1. Karen Noone

      at

Hi Matthew and thanks for reading my post,

I totally understand your reasonings for preferring full spectrum rather than CBD Isolate but there is the worry for me that it usually contains a high level of THC. Obviously not enough to make you high but often enough to make you fail a drug test. There are many people for whom a regular drugs test is made in their working life and for me it’s not worth the risk.

However 40% is a great affiliate commission. I did try to take a read but their website wouldn’t load. I will take another look though.

    Hi Karen

Thank you so much for this informative review of the CTFO Changing The Future Outcome.
It’s my first time to hear about this money making programme.
One thing I like about it is at least it’s genuine and not a scam. yea. because most Free platforms has a lot of disadvantages.

Hi Bibian and thanks for stopping by my site. This is a business that is separate from my website businesses and so far so good. I just wrote a post on another website about Coca Cola deciding to bring out a version of their drink with CBD in it. Another sign that CBD is going to be big business and the time to enter into it is definitely now. Read It Here

Hi Oguntomi and thank you for reading and your very positive view of CTFO.

You are absolutely right that it is a great compensation plan and a company with great products that can really help people with their health and finances too if they want to.

Promoting on social media is a great way to build your business but there are many avenues you can explore like writing your own review on our dedicated website for our team. It would be great to have you as part of it.

    Thanks for the solid information.

People do indeed have an attitude around MLM schemes however they usually have failed at it and blame the scheme rather than themeselves. MLM does work if you are willing to try hard. Just look at Avon, Anne Summers and Rodan and Fields MLM marketers. Some of them are earning vast amounts of money.

You seem to know a lot about these products and MLM. Out of curiosity, do you do MLM for any of the companies I mentioned?

    Thanks,
    Michael.

    1. Karen Noone

      at

Hi Michael and thank you for reading and your very insightful thoughts on MLM and why people have an attitude to it.

I do have a background in Network marketing having spent 5 years with a company called Nikken which is a Japanese healthcare company about 20 years ago.. It was relatively new to the U.K and its main products Magnets were seen as dubious back then. Today they are in every high street superstore and chemist ! Maybe that is why I am interested in this new to the market healthcare product now.

As it was new to the U.K and the internet whilst around was certainly not as it is today, this was a very much a face to face recruiting and selling process. I rose through the ranks and was earning a decent income but it was very time consuming. I also fell in love with training as I ran regular meetings and spoke at conferences as well as their QuickStart trainings.

I made the decision to leave as I was given an opportunity to train people full time. Unfortunately their compensation plan required you to keep several legs earning unlike CTFO which meant that without my input quite a lot of people drifted to nothing.

However I do not regret one minute of my time with them.

That was a very interesting article On CTFO Karen!
I’ve heard about it for some time now and quite honestly I just blew it off until now.
But your review has opened my eyes for a couple of reasons!
My wife has been looking for a way to get involved with a business online.
I am an affiliate marketer, but she wants something in the more dedicated MLM category.
She also suffers from chronic pain and is enrolled in a pain management specialist clinic.
This may really be right up her alley!
I’m going to shoot her a link to your site!
Thanks for the easy to understand and well written article Karen!

Hi Mike and thanks for reading and for sharing the link with your wife. For anyone with health issues the products alone are definitely worth a go because the results that people are getting are astounding.

For anyone wanting to be involved in MLM or networkmarketing as I call it then it is right place, right time. The products, the compensation plan and the team with whom I am involved are second to none.

Quite frankly, I’ve never heard of CTFO, but it doesn’t sound too bad of a program to be in. MLM programs are always good because  like you mentioned in the article, you can’t succeed without helping others. I like that this program is free to get started – think it is a good incentive for people to join and feel what the program is like. The commission rates are good as well, and I especially like that it goes 5 level down. The MLM company that I was a part of a couple of years ago only went 1 level down. One of the big concerns I see with MLM companies selling these kind of products is the quality is sometimes not looked after. Have you had a chance to use the product yourself and perhaps you can give your feedback after you used it?

    1. Karen Noone

      at

Hi Parmi and thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I know that many MLM or network marketing companies have some very dubious and often unfair commission structures but you are right, CTFO seem to have got the structure about right. I also think that the opportunity to start for free is unusual in the industry too. Many require quite hefty starting prices.

I can guarantee that the quality of the product is not overlooked by CTFO and yes I use it but have no real health issues to address other than an autoimmune disease which kicks off intermittently. Since using it I haven’t had a flare up but I haven’t been using it long enough to know whether it has helped it or not to be fair.

However my son who has and IBD, another autoimmune disease which caused him constant issues has found that his symptoms have diminished significantly. My partner also swears by the cream that helps with his aches and pains from being on his feet all day.

Prior to reading your post, I had never heard of CTFO or the products they have to offer. I clicked on a few products that were linked and they are awesome (getting one for the parents as I type), but I did not realize they also had CBD pet products as well. Quite often, companies target one area of the other – it is great that a company is targeting both areas and looking to help all. I loved your post, thank you!

Thank you for reading my pist and commenting on it.

CTFO has a wide range of products for everyone, including our pets. So often companies in network marketing focus on one market which is a fatal mistake.

As you have shown the products for pets is what excites you the most and that is why CTFO is a great business for everyone, no matter what their issues or challenges are.

I visited your website and the products look great. Unfortunately as you said, they are not available world wide yet. Also for us in South Africa with the exchange rate as it is, we would pay over R1000 for some of these products which is very high for us.

I laughed when I read about your brother and his magnets, as it is amazing how differently people thought twenty years ago compared to today. People are far more open minded to natural healing and health now than they were then.

    1. Karen Noone

      at

Hi Michel and thank you for reading. It is a real shame that the products are not yet available because of different countries laws but eventually as with all things they will catch up. I hear that Coca Cola are now looking into adding a CBD oil drink to their range. When big corporations like that get involved you can be sure that things will change.

I understand about the high shipping costs but as the company grows this may change too. Oh and Im pleased my story about my brother amused you. It makes me smile every time I see him.

Hi Simone and thanks for reading,
Yes I am still involved with them but do not profess to have it as my main business and because their web pages are so good and the business is simple, it kind of looks after itself.
I have just checked all of the links and they went to the right place except for the link to the external website, myself and a few people created to tell our own personal stories with the product.
I am going to remove that as it seems to not be there! I was a contributor there and wrote several posts but the website was not my creation so I will have to see what happened to it.
This post was written July 2018 so about 18 months.
